Personality Development Program in AITS Rajampet

Film hero, TV actor, director, personality development trainer KV Pradeep conducted a personality development program for B.Tech. first year students in the year 2022 at Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Autonomous), Rajampet. Speaking on this occasion, he explained thoroughly about the methods that can be used to improve the creativity and skill of the students by engaging their minds. Students were made aware of Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis. Students were advised that if knowledge is developed at the student stage, it will be very useful in the future. The students were stimulated and thought about the qualities, goals, heights to grow in life and stories about different transformations of their personal experiences. He explained the need for novelty, self-confidence, concentration, leadership qualities and speech dexterity for the current generation. Students were made to think about their future activities. It is stated that skill and attitude help the growth of every student in life. Later, the Vice Chairman of the college, C. Yella Reddy, said the students will know how to be smart in the society by attending in the innovative programs at the college. Later, the Principal of the college, Dr. SMV Narayana, said that he congratulated the B.Tech. students who chose their college. Head of H&S Department Dr. B Bala Nagendraprasad, Dr. M.
