REPORT ON INDEPENDENCE DAY (15TH AUGUST 2023) at AITS Kadapa

Annamacharya Institute of Technology & Sciences (Autonomous), Kadapa, celebrated 77th Independence Day, (which is themed as “Nation First, Always First”) with great enthusiasm on 15th August 2023. The College campus was beautifully decorated with flags to commemorate the day. All the students, teachers, non-teaching staff gathered in the AITS Campus premises at 8.15 a.m. Smt S. Sabitha, Assistant Professor welcomed all the members present for the function. The programme was started at 8.30 a.m followed by a prayer. After that our principal Dr. A Sudhakara Reddy hoisted the Flag and all faculty & students sang flag song and National Anthem together. Smt S. Sabitha gave brief introduction of the day. I, II, III & IV B. Tech students gave inspiring speeches. All Independence Day programmes and events are conducted based on this theme, after that prizes are distributed to students by Principal Sir, AITS (A), Kadapa. The vote of thanks was given by Smt S. Sabitha, Assistant Professor. Sweets were distributed among all the faculties & students and the programme was ended by 9.30 a.m.
