The Inauguration of AICTE-IDEA Lab at Annamacharya University, Rajampet

Annamacharya University, Rajampet marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of the AICTE-IDEA (Idea Development, Evaluation & Application) Lab, a state-of-the-art innovation and prototyping facility established to promote experiential learning, creativity, and interdisciplinary research. The AICTE-IDEA Lab provides students and faculty with access to advanced tools and technologies for transforming innovative ideas into functional prototypes through a hands-on, “learning by doing” approach. The facility is designed to strengthen design thinking, problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and product development skills while encouraging collaborative research and innovation across engineering disciplines. The inauguration reflects the university’s commitment to fostering a culture of innovation in line with the objectives of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
